HPS STRENGTH Our signature class! HPS Strength is a blend of power yoga and circuit-style strength training. Kick things off with a quick flow to warm up and get centered, then dive into ~40 minutes of interval-style strength circuits. Class wraps up with a deep stretch and well-earned savasana.

MAT PILATES HPS Pilates is a gently heated Mat Pilates class that blends breath, precision, and control into a seamless 45-minute flow. Grounded in classical principles and elevated with modern intensity, this is Pilates with a pulse. *Studio is gently heated to around 80°F*

HPS EMPOWER
A creative, Power Vinyasa experience. Perfect for yogis who enjoy creative sequencing and freedom to explore their own pace. You'll start together and be invited to flow independently, syncing movement with breath with options to take arm balances and inversions while honoring your unique pace and practice.

HPS FLOW
A fully guided Power Vinyasa class. Move and breathe with the collective in this structured, all-levels class. Your instructor will cue each pose, offer modifications, and provide opportunities to explore advanced shapes like arm balances and inversions. Expect steady pacing, supportive guidance, and a shared energy throughout.

HPS ROOT 
A foundation-focused flow combining guided movement with space to connect breath and body. Flow at a slower pace with clear instruction, space to pause, and time to link movement with breath— always with options to adapt for your practice.

ALIGN  This class offers a nourishing blend of flowing movement and longer holds, supporting mobility and nervous system reset. Perfect for Beginners.

UNWIND Unwind is all about slowing down and chilling out.  You'll move through simple breathwork, gentle stretches, and supported poses that calm the body and mind. Great for recovery, better sleep, and stress relief. All levels welcome.
