a few Do’s & don’ts

Our community is built on a few simple agreements of respect which helps everyone get the most out of their experience here. A few ways we ensure this: 

Arrive a Few Minutes Early

Give yourself time to check in with your instructor, roll out your mat, and settle in. Classes start on time, and arriving a bit early helps you ease into the practice without stress.

Shoes Off, please

Stow them under the bench with your things when you arrive. You can wear grip socks in class if that’s more comfortable for you (especially for Pilates or strength sessions). 

Ask Questions!

We love curiosity. If you’re unsure about a move, a prop, or just need a little guidance—ask. Our teachers are here to support you, not judge you.

Power Down to power up

Please silence your phone (no rings, buzzes, or dings) before class begins. This helps keep our space calm and focused—for you and everyone around you.

Stay for the Full Experience

Whether it’s the final rest in a yoga class (Savasana) or a cool-down stretch after strength and Pilates— it’s all part of the magic. These closing moments are where the work integrates, and your nervous system resets.
If you absolutely need to leave early, just let your teacher know ahead of time and exit quietly before the final moments begin.

Clean Up your space

Please wipe down any equipment you used (mats, props, weights, etc.) and return everything neatly. It keeps our shared space clean and ready for the next class.
