New to yoga—or coming back after a break? Our Beginner Yoga Series series is designed just for you. Over 4 weeks, you'll learn the basics in a relaxed, supportive space where questions are welcome and there’s no pressure to “get it right.”

This is a great way to start (or restart) your practice with confidence and clarity.

Focus areas:

  • The most common yoga poses, broken down step by step so they make sense in your body.

  • How to use props like blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters to make things more comfortable.

  • Breathing techniques to help you feel more focused, calm, and grounded—on and off the mat.

  • What to expect in a typical flow class, so you feel ready to jump in when you're ready.

What You’ll Get:

  • 4 small-group classes (75 minutes each) to build your foundation, week by week.

  • 4 weeks of unlimited studio classes, so you can explore other classes while you learn.

  • Videos for Home practice, so you can keep moving and building confidence between sessions.

  • Two guest passes to share the experience with a friend or family member.

  • Personalized class recommendations to help you know where to go next.
