Stacey’s journey into movement began like many others. chasing performance, pushing limits, and living in a cycle of “go hard or go home.” After years of high-impact sports, weight training, and long-distance running, her body started asking for something different. What began as a search for relief led her to yoga, and what she found there went far beyond physical recovery.

Yoga opened the door to something deeper: breath, presence, and a new way of relating to both strength and softness. Stacey began practicing nearly 13 years ago and has since earned her RYT-200 from Asheville Yoga Center (2019) and completed her 300-hour training with Sonda Yoga in 2023. While she loves a powerful vinyasa flow, her practice now includes the stillness of Yin and the grounding of meditation — each offering a different kind of strength.

After years of compartmentalizing movement styles, Stacey discovered that real resilience lies in integration. By weaving together mindful breathwork, functional strength training, and restorative practices, she’s found a way to move that challenges the body and nourishes the soul.

Humbled Power Studio is the living expression of that evolution. A space that embraces yoga, Pilates, and strength as different paths to the same goal: sustainable, intuitive movement. Stacey believes in honoring your body’s needs each day, whether that means pushing your edge or simply pausing to breathe.

Her mission? To empower the modern mover to break free from burnout, reconnect with their body, and rediscover the joy in moving well.
